Roast chicken

Preparation time: more than 60 minutes
Recipe: Set the oven to 190° C. Put the chicken in the baking dish with the breasts facing up. Smear it with butter, donkey and pepper, add spices. Bake the chicken covered for an hour, then uncover and bake for another 10 minutes. Slice the chicken and serve with boiled potatoes or rice.
